You are responsible for your health

You can’t rely totally on the doctors alone for your health because you know the nation today is worse than 50 years back in terms of well being and “life style” diseases.

We all can avoid traditional doctor prescribed drugs that make the pharma companies rich.
Instead, we can focus on healthy food, nutrition, exercise, and meditation/prayer.

Jeff T Bowles: Being the author of the best-selling book on Vitamin D3 in the world, and given the topic of the book was the miraculous results of my one year experiment of taking HIGH DOSES of vitamin D3, puts me in the unique position of being the sounding board for many hundreds if not a few thousands of others who have embarked on their own high dose vitamin d3 experiment. Nobody on planet earth has this amount of unusual and exciting knowledge, and I will be sharing it with you in this series of 100 short articles describing a disease and some sort of amazing result achieved with high dose D3 therapy.

Sincerely Jeff T. Bowles

I am desperate for help with obesity, need to lose 50 pounds, diabetes, sleep problems, and colitis. The colitis has improved a lot lately through a program of Dahlman Online. I have taken D3 for years, about 10,000 for a couple years, then 15,000, now 20,000. I’ve not noticed an improvement in any of the above problems. My blood level is 60. No effect on sleep or diabetes, and cannot lose weight. I also have a bad knee and bad shoulder, severe arthritis, marginal, if any, improvement. Do I need 100,000 D3?

Hello Paula thanks for writing. you will be happy to know that people have been reporting great results for all sorts of things related to your situation..But you have to get your blood levels up to the right level…for me it was around 120 ng/ml (this is the US scale do not confuse it with the Euro scale of nmol per dl to get the Euro scale number you just multiply the US scale by 2.5)

If you are testing your blood levels then you don’t have to be too scared about taking higher and higher doses until you get your d3 up to about 120 which is the equivalent to what a Florida lifeguard might have if he didn’t use sunscreen-that doesn’t sound so scary right..

The weight loss effects occurred when my blood levels were around 150…So go ahead and take 100,000 a day for awhile maybe a few weeks then retest your blood.

It is also said that overweight people might need to take more than usual as d3 gets sequestered in their fat cells…
      Hope that helps..Jeff

    Jeff,

I just bumped into the D3 plus idea and I love the feedback on this process. My wife has been in an atrial fibrillation episode from early March and ongoing. We usually try a recipe of certain vitamins and minerals and it usually does the trick! This time it didn’t work (Yet)

I took a quick read of the book (which I ordered) and it gave me allot of energy knowing that I can start my wife on this therapy as soon as possible. Luckily I have 3 bottles of vitamin D3 and a bottle of 5 milligram K2 (Carlson). Right now I take all the contents out of 25 (2000 iu) pills and mix in in some Kefir along with approximately 1/5 of a 5 milligram pill of K2 (About 1000 mcg).

I would love to order the 500 grams of D3 and the 5 grams of K2 from your vitaspace.com. My phone number is 407 389-2078. Currently we are on day 2 of the 50000 dose along with 1 miligram of K2. We also do a host of vitamins which include magnesium, hawthorne, minerals, B6 etc.

I have suggested that my naturapathic doctor give my wife an intravenious dose of magnesium sulphate and she is considering that suggestion. I read in one of the magnesium books that this was done and that the patient went to their normal sinus rhythm!

Please forgive my spelling. If you have any ideas please send them to me at vinniecruz at yahoo dot com

    Sincerely
    Vincent Cruz

I’ 65 years old and have been recently diagnosed with glaucoma. I’ve been taking about 20,000 IU of D3 and Super K as per book for about 2 weeks. I’ve been thinking about buying the bulk version as per your web site. I don’t like pills, is the taste of D3 and K2 acceptable if added to some food?

I’ve just started taking D3 and K2. If I buy it in bulk is the taste acceptable if just added to food?
